Wow, thanks for this update Wiggy, I didn’t notice your new section. Please disregard my other post about how to install the backlit. 🙂

Hi
Very good instruction manual. I used it to install my GBA backlight kit and worked beautifully. Just two clarifications:
1. The manual states you get a white and a red cable with the kit. I got two red ones, that might confuse someone.
2. My GBA has three screws securing the PCB, the instruction manual talks about two. That might also confuse somebody..
Other than that, the manual and the kit are both perfect and work beautifully. Castlevania Classic never looked better 🙂
P.S: You could include the tri-wing screwdriver with the kit, that would be helpful for many people I guess.

Hi!
This tutorial was the best I could find in the web. It was very helpful. I bought a pack at ebay. I followed every step in this section and works fine. But a have a few problems and I hope you can help me please…
1.- When i push buttons too hard, screen seems to have “ripples”, just as pressing with your fingers on an LCD tv
2.- I notice some vibration in the image, losing sharpness…
Do you have any ideas to solve this?
Thank you very much.
